Responsibly is intended for users 21 years of age or older. This application is designed to track alcohol consumption for adults of legal drinking age in the United States (21+) and other applicable jurisdictions. If you are under the minimum legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, you are not permitted to use this app.

Information We Collect

Responsibly is designed with your privacy in mind:

1. Local Data Storage: All of your drink tracking data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal drink information on remote servers.
2. Age Verification: Your date of birth is collected solely for the purpose of verifying that you meet the minimum age requirement. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
3. Analytics: We collect anonymized usage data to improve the app's functionality. This may include information about:
   • App launches and screen views
   • Feature usage
   • Performance metrics
   • Device type and OS version
   This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us.

Our application does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. As all user-specific data is stored locally, standard web browser DNT mechanisms do not apply directly to the app's core functionality.
